Information Pack does not collect

Pack does not collect archive contents, extracted files, filenames, folder names, passwords, search queries, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, or a profile linked to you.

On-device archive processing

Opening, browsing, creating, encrypting, splitting, and extracting archives happens on your device. Files you choose are accessed only to perform the action you requested. Pack uses Apple system pickers, share sheets, and security-scoped access where required by the operating system.

Passwords and Keychain

If you choose to save a default or archive-specific password, Pack stores it in Apple Keychain. Keychain is managed by the operating system. Pack does not transmit saved passwords to a developer-operated server.

Apple Intelligence name suggestions

On supported devices, Pack can ask Apple’s on-device language model to suggest an archive name from the sources you selected. This feature uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models framework. Pack does not send the source content to its own server. Availability depends on device, language, and Apple Intelligence settings.

Purchases

Pack Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple may process purchase history, billing information, and transaction data under Apple’s privacy policy. Pack receives the transaction status needed to unlock features, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Website and support requests

This website does not use advertising pixels or product analytics. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, to deliver and secure the site.

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to send. This information is used to answer the request and is not sold or used for advertising. Do not attach sensitive archives unless support specifically asks and you are comfortable sharing them.

Retention and sharing

Pack has no application analytics or uploaded archive database to retain. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain a record of the conversation, or meet legal obligations. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate support or the website, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

Children and international use

Pack is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. Because the app does not create accounts or collect application analytics, it does not knowingly build profiles about children. Website and support infrastructure may operate in countries other than your own.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Pack’s features or service providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
